Are You A First Time Reiki Client?

If you are a first time Reiki client, you will be required to read, review and sign an intake form prior to your first Reiki treatment. It is provided here. We will review this completed form during your appointment prior to your first treatment, and you will of course be able to ask me any questions you have prior to signing.
