My Story
Hi, I am Sierra Lunsford, – Medium, Energy Healer, Intuitive Consultant (certified Spirit Release Therapy Practioner & Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner)
Due to a history of trauma and abuse, I struggled with C-PTSD (diagnosed as ADHD), clinical depression and suicidal ideation for almost 10 years. Meanwhile, I had adopted codependency as my defensive mask. I kept trying to fix the world, while neglecting myself and avoiding my own pain.

I had a life that looked good on the outside – the degrees, the career, a well-paying remote job with good benefits and vacation for the USA, lived in an apartment in the best neighborhood with a view of the lake, in a city I thought I would love. But I was miserable.
For years it was “once I get / once I do / once I make it…then it will be better.” But it never got better.
I chased love in all the wrong places, and was devastated each time I gave everything and received almost nothing in return. I finally hit my own personal rock bottom. One of my best friends had died, my partner had left me when I needed someone the most, I fell into some debt, I was alone in a city I no longer liked, and I had no motivation left for my career or current hobbies. I had pills for depression, pills to work, pills to sleep – and nothing left to speak for my previous identity.
I found myself asking, “Who am I?” That’s the day my true healing journey began.
My Practice
Energy healing was a catalyst for me to awaken to my truth and is an ongoing tool I use to maintain my own health and well-being.
However, energy healing alone will not keep you healthy; in order to truly heal, you must identify those unconscious beliefs, behaviors, suppressed emotions and/or environmental factors that are causing imbalance to begin with. This is why I also offer intuitive guidance alongside energy healing, to help you make the unconscious, conscious.

My Mission
The pursuit of changing the world begins by changing yourself. Your energy affects not only you, but everyone and everything you interact with.
The best thing you can do for the world is to heal yourself.
I’ve learned the journey back to finding and loving your authentic self is both a scientific and spiritual one, and I now wish to share my skills, knowledge, and personal experience to help others heal themselves by bridging this gap in their own life.
We will raise the global consciousness, one soul at a time.

My Lineage
I was trained as a Reiki Master Teacher by Astera Manis, one of the most influential healers in the energy healing community. She was a certified International Reiki and Karuna® Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner, Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Soul Detective Practitioner, Therapist with an MA in Clinical Psychology, Published Author and Researcher; voted the best Reiki Therapist in Chicago for 10 years in a row.

She used her research in Biofield Anatomy as a way to provide tangible evidence of the benefits of Reiki, bringing credibility to our practice, and bridging the gap between spirituality and science. “The Biofield Viewer is a real time imaging system that is able to detect and visualize the subtle layers of light activity around living systems. Astera transitioned in March of 2023, but her spirit continues to guide and live on in all of the lives that she touched and light workers which she trained. It is my greatest honor to help carry on her legacy and mission.
